The scene opens as the nanny Nicole Kitt comes downstairs with Val, her boss. Val is there to pick up the kids, but they are catching up since they have not spent much time together since Val and her other boss, Johnny, divorced. The next scene is Nicole cleaning the kids' room upstairs. She receives a call from her college's financial aid office warning her that they will have to take her off their roster if she doesn't pay for her courses in full soon. Nicole is pleading with them to give her time or a payment plan she can handle because this is her last semester. Her second boss, Johnny, overhears this conversation as he's coming home and decides to listen for a minute. The following week, Johnny decides to ask Nicole about this call and offer her help. He figures that if he takes this extra stress off her shoulders, she will be able to focus on his sons and give him a little extra attention. He's been quite lonely since the divorce. He has not been able to stop having naughty thoughts about Nicole because he's never been with a woman of color before. He's hoping he can help her and she can help him. She goes for it once she realizes she wouldn't be hurting Val!
