I am not sure what you are referring to. I just double checked the site and Special Christmas Helper is there, the whole 12 minutes. If you are having trouble viewing it we can assist you in finding out what the issue is. But the FULL video is up and is available to members TODAY 12/13/24.
Same problem here for me. The two most recently "released" videos say underneath their images "Available to members on 04/15/2025" and "Available to me bers on 01/10/2025", unlike all the other videos which say "Available to members now"

I have been waiting a month for special Christmas helper video update available 12/13/2024, just to get a 32 second tease. Now the video will be available to members in 2 months, February. I joined this site because I'm a huge Hazel Grace fan and to see more videos of Hazel. I expected to see this video today. I will not renew my membership after December. I don't like the feeling that I'm being played with. I usually do but not like this
